Refund policy

We hope that you'll love everything you ordered from But if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange it within 14 days from the delivery date.

Do you accept returns? only ships to the United Kingdom. All purchases from are final. We accept returns on a case-to-case basis. Please email or call +441282 270214 Customers to have 14 days to return a product if approved on a case-to-case basis. We do not accept returns on used products. Any accepted returns will have to be new.

Customer must notify us with in 14 days of purchase if the product is damaged or faulty as returns can not be accepted for refund after 14 days. All imports and exports costs and duties must be handled by the buyer in case of return of product as we ship within the UK only.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact the store directly to replace the product or receive a refund.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

Where a customer collects an items via their own courier no responsibility will be held for any damage or calibration of the product. For products shipped outside UK it is buyers responsibility to send the product directly to the manufacturer at their own cost should they wish to replace, refund, calibrate or have any technical issues with the product the return cost and redelivery cost will be sole responsibility of the customer.

Any faults or damages or issues with the product must be reported within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for return or refund or exchange

Please note should a product be returned due to a fault covered by warranty the cost of return of product and any import/export duties must be paid by the customer. We do not ship outside UK as a company policy therefore if customer exports a product and then later experiences a fault under warranty then in this situation customer must return the item back to our warehouse at his own cost.

No liability will be accepted for products that have been exported outside UK
