Engineering Excellence
Twin Hammer Mechanism
The advanced twin hammer design delivers consistent, powerful impacts with reduced vibration transfer. This proven mechanism ensures reliable torque delivery across extended operating periods, making it the preferred choice for professional workshops handling high-volume fastening tasks.
Lightweight Aluminium Construction
Precision-engineered from aerospace-grade aluminium alloy, this impact wrench achieves an optimal balance between structural integrity and operator comfort. At just 2.63 kg, it significantly reduces fatigue during prolonged use whilst maintaining the durability required for daily workshop environments.
Ergonomic Grip Design
The contoured handle features a soft-touch composite grip that provides secure control even in demanding conditions. Strategic placement of the trigger and forward/reverse selector ensures intuitive operation, allowing technicians to maintain focus on precision work rather than tool handling.
Professional-Grade Air Inlet
The 1/4" BSP threaded air inlet accepts standard workshop fittings and features an integrated swivel design to prevent hose tangling. This thoughtful engineering detail maintains unrestricted movement during operation, particularly valuable when working in confined spaces or around vehicle chassis.
Professional Applications
- Automotive Workshops: Wheel changes, suspension work, engine assembly and disassembly
- Commercial Vehicle Maintenance: Heavy-duty fastening on lorries, vans, and fleet vehicles
- Agricultural Machinery: Equipment maintenance and repair in farm workshops
- Industrial Maintenance: General fastening tasks across manufacturing and production facilities
- Construction Sites: Structural steel work and equipment assembly

Operating Guidelines
Air Supply Requirements
Connect to a compressed air supply capable of delivering adequate flow capacity of 110 L/min (3.9 CFM). For optimal performance, use an air line with internal diameter of at least 10mm (3/8") and install an inline filter-regulator-lubricator (FRL) unit within 3 metres of the tool.
Lubrication
Add 3-5 drops of pneumatic tool oil into the air inlet before each use. For continuous operation, install an automatic airline lubricator set to deliver approximately 1 drop per minute. Regular lubrication extends service life and maintains consistent performance.
Socket Selection
Use only impact-rated sockets designed for pneumatic tools. Standard chrome sockets may shatter under impact loads. Ensure sockets are fully seated on the square drive and secured with the retaining pin to prevent ejection during operation.
Torque Control
Adjust torque output by varying trigger pressure and impact duration. For critical fastening applications requiring precise torque values, always verify final tightness with a calibrated torque wrench. Impact wrenches are designed for rapid fastening and loosening, not precision torque application.
Safety & Compliance
- Always wear approved safety glasses and hearing protection during operation
- Inspect tool and air hose for damage before each use
- Ensure adequate air supply meets minimum requirements of 110 L/min
- Disconnect air supply before changing sockets or performing maintenance
- Ensure workpiece is securely supported before applying torque
- Keep hands and loose clothing away from rotating sockets
- Use only impact-rated sockets and accessories
- Allow tool to reach full speed before engaging fastener
- Be aware of vibration exposure (9.33 m/s²) and take regular breaks during extended use
Compliance: This tool meets relevant UK and EU safety standards for pneumatic hand tools. Regular maintenance and proper operation ensure continued compliance and safe working conditions. Sound level: 101.8 dB(A) – hearing protection required.
