Description
Professional Air Drill with 10mm (3/8″) Keyless Chuck
Precision pneumatic drilling for workshop professionals and trade specialists
Engineered for demanding workshop environments, this professional air drill combines precision control with robust pneumatic power. The 10mm (3/8″) keyless chuck delivers tool-free bit changes in seconds, while the ergonomic composite housing ensures fatigue-free operation across extended drilling sessions. Trusted by automotive technicians, metal fabricators, and maintenance professionals across the UK.
Key Features
⚙️ Keyless Chuck System
10mm (3/8″) keyless chuck enables rapid bit changes without additional tools. Secure grip across standard drill bit shanks from 1.5mm to 10mm diameter. Quick-change design reduces downtime and improves workflow efficiency.
🔄 Reversible Action
Forward and reverse rotation via ergonomic lever control. Ideal for drilling, screw extraction, and precision fastening applications. Instant direction change without tool adjustment.
💨 Pneumatic Power Delivery
Compressed air operation delivers consistent torque without electrical hazards. Safe for wet environments and continuous-duty cycles. No battery fade or mains dependency – reliable power when you need it.
🛠️ Ergonomic Design
Composite housing with soft-grip zones reduces vibration transfer and operator fatigue. Balanced weight distribution (1.2kg) minimizes strain during overhead and precision work. Designed for all-day comfort.

Operation & Maintenance
Before First Use
- Install inline air filter-regulator-lubricator (FRL) unit upstream of tool
- Set regulator to 90 PSI (6.2 bar) operating pressure
- Add 3–5 drops of pneumatic tool oil (ISO VG 32) into air inlet
- Connect 9.5mm (3/8″) or larger ID air hose with quick coupler
- Test rotation direction and chuck grip before drilling workpiece
Daily Maintenance
- Add 2–3 drops of pneumatic oil into air inlet at start of each shift
- Drain moisture from inline filter and air hose regularly
- Inspect chuck jaws for wear, damage, and debris accumulation
- Check air hose and couplers for leaks and secure connections
- Wipe down housing and remove metal swarf after use
Safety Notes
- Always wear safety glasses, hearing protection, and appropriate PPE
- Secure workpiece with clamps or vice before drilling – never hand-hold
- Never exceed 125 PSI maximum operating pressure
- Disconnect air supply before changing bits, adjusting chuck, or servicing
- Use sharp drill bits to reduce vibration and improve surface finish
- Ensure adequate ventilation when drilling coated or treated materials
