Installation & Maintenance
Installation Guidelines
- Apply PTFE tape or thread sealant to male thread (3-4 wraps clockwise)
- Hand-tighten coupling into female port until finger-tight
- Use 22mm spanner to tighten additional 1.5 turns (do not over-torque)
- Pressurize system gradually and check for leaks with soapy water solution
- Test quick release mechanism under working pressure before use
Maintenance Best Practice
- Inspect seals monthly for wear, cracks, or compression damage
- Clean coupling body with degreaser to remove oil and debris buildup
- Lubricate moving parts with pneumatic tool oil every 3 months
