Installation Guide
  1. Ensure your hose has a 6.35mm (1/4") internal diameter — measure before assembly.
  2. Slide an Rp 3/8 union nut onto the hose before fitting the tailpiece.
  3. Push the coned barb firmly into the hose end until fully seated against the shoulder.
  4. Thread the union nut onto the mating Rp 3/8 female port and tighten by hand, then ¼ turn with a spanner.
  5. Pressurise the system and check for leaks. Re-tighten if necessary — do not over-torque.
Compatibility Note

Union nut not included. This tailpiece requires a separate Rp 3/8 union nut (BSPP parallel thread) to complete the assembly. Ensure your mating port or coupling is also rated Rp 3/8. Not compatible with NPT or BSPT (tapered) threads without an adapter.
