Position the clip — Slide the O clip over the hose end before fitting the hose onto the barb or spigot connector.
Seat the hose — Push the hose fully onto the fitting, ensuring it is seated past the retaining bead or to the stop shoulder.
Align the clip — Slide the O clip into position over the hose, centred on the fitting barb.
Crimp to seal — Using a compatible O-clip crimping tool, compress both ears simultaneously until fully collapsed. The connection is now permanently sealed.
Note: O-clip crimping tool sold separately. Ensure the correct tool jaw size is selected for 9–11mm clips.
