Installation Guide
Fitted in Seconds — No Tools Required

Cut tube square. Ensure the 12mm OD tube end is cut cleanly and squarely — a clean cut guarantees a leak-free seal. Remove any burrs.

Depressurise the system. Always isolate and vent the air line before fitting or removing any pneumatic coupling.

Insert tube firmly. Push the 12mm tube straight into the coupling body until it bottoms out. The stainless collet locks automatically on insertion.

Repeat on the second port. Insert the second tube section into the opposite end of the coupling in the same manner.

Pressurise and verify. Restore system pressure and check the joint for leaks using soapy water or a leak-detection spray.
