This adaptor is designed for use with XF-Euro quick-release coupling systems. Verify your existing couplings are XF-Euro standard before ordering. The R 1/4 BSP male thread is a tapered (BSPT) connection — use PTFE tape on the thread for a pressure-rated, leak-free seal. Hand-tighten then apply 1–2 additional turns with a spanner. Compatible with standard compressor hose assemblies, manifolds, and air tool inlets fitted with XF-Euro female sockets.
