Installation Requirements
Important: This tailpiece requires a compatible Rp 1/4 union nut (sold separately) to complete the coned seal assembly. The union nut compresses the coned interface against the mating component to create a secure, leak-free connection.
Pro Tip: Apply a thin film of pneumatic-grade thread sealant or PTFE tape to the union nut threads (not the cone face) for optimal sealing performance.
