Unlubricated compressed air is abrasive. Over thousands of cycles, metal-on-metal contact inside impact wrenches, air motors, cylinders, and valves generates heat, friction, and wear that no amount of external maintenance can reverse. An in-line lubricator solves this at the source — introducing a fine, metered oil mist before the air reaches your tooling, coating internal components on every stroke. Installation Guide
- Depressurise your air line completely before installation. Safety first, always.
- Identify flow direction — install with the arrow on the body pointing toward your tooling (downstream).
- Thread the 1/4" BSP inlet and outlet connections using PTFE tape for a leak-free seal.
- Fill the oil bowl with a suitable pneumatic tool oil (ISO VG 32 or equivalent) to the indicated level.
- Pressurise the line and adjust the oil feed rate via the top needle valve until a fine mist is visible in the bowl.
- Check all connections for leaks with soapy water. Re-torque if required.

This lubricator is designed for use with standard 1/4" BSP pneumatic fittings and is fully compatible with our range of air filters, regulators, and FRL assemblies.
