Installation Guide
- Thread Preparation: Ensure mating thread is clean and free from debris or old sealant
- Sealant Application: Apply PTFE tape (3-4 wraps clockwise) or liquid thread sealant to male thread
- Hand Tighten: Thread coupling onto male fitting by hand until finger-tight
- Final Torque: Use appropriate spanner to tighten 1-1.5 turns past hand-tight (do not over-torque)
- Pressure Test: Pressurize system gradually and check for leaks with soapy water solution
