Installation: Position the O Clip over the hose and fitting assembly, ensuring both ears are accessible. Using Jubilee® pincer pliers or a dedicated ear-clamp tool, compress both ears simultaneously until they close flat. The clip will maintain constant tension, compensating for thermal expansion and hose relaxation over time.

Performance Range: Optimized for 3–5mm outer diameter hoses and tubing. The zinc-plated finish provides corrosion protection suitable for indoor workshop environments and moderate outdoor exposure.
