Installation Guide
- Select Correct Size: Verify hose outer diameter falls within 34–37mm range. O clips must fit snugly without pre-stretching.
- Position Clip: Slide O clip over hose end before fitting onto barb or nipple. Ensure clip sits squarely on hose, not on fitting shoulder.
- Seat Hose: Push hose fully onto fitting until it bottoms out. Check that hose bead or ridge is visible through clip ears.
- Crimp Ears: Using a pinch-clamp tool, compress both ears simultaneously until they close flat. Apply steady, even pressure—avoid over-crimping.
