Installation Guide
- Confirm the hose outer diameter falls within the 30–40 mm clamping range before fitting.
- Slide the clip over the hose before connecting to the fitting or spigot.
- Push the hose fully onto the spigot — aim for at least 10 mm of engagement beyond the clip position.
- Position the clip 5–10 mm from the end of the hose, centred over the spigot retaining bead where present.
- Tighten the worm-drive screw progressively using a slotted or hex-head screwdriver until firm resistance is felt. Do not over-torque — the band should be snug, not deforming the hose.
- For pressure-critical applications, re-check torque after the first thermal cycle.
