Installation Guide
- Thread Preparation: Apply PTFE tape or liquid sealant to the R1/4 male threads (2-3 wraps clockwise).
- Thread Connection: Hand-tighten into the female R1/4 port, then use a spanner to achieve final torque (do not over-tighten).
- Tube Insertion: Cut 10mm tubing square and clean. Push firmly into the coupling until it bottoms out.
- Pressure Test: Pressurize system gradually and check for leaks with soapy water solution.
- Disconnection: Press the release collar and withdraw tube when system is depressurized.
Tube Compatibility
This stud coupling accepts 10mm OD tubing in the following materials:
