Installation & Compatibility
This hose tailpiece is designed for permanent or semi-permanent installation onto 9mm ID air hose. For optimal performance:
- Cut hose squarely using a sharp blade to ensure clean insertion
- Lubricate the tailpiece lightly with soapy water for easier fitting
- Push hose firmly onto barbed section until it reaches the shoulder
- Secure with appropriate hose clamp or crimp ferrule (sold separately)
- Test connection at working pressure before putting into service
Compatibility Note: This mini coupling is compatible with ISO 6150 Type B (mini) quick-release couplers. Not compatible with standard 1/4" BSP industrial couplers without an adapter.
