  • Automatic shut-off valve – Prevents air loss during disconnection, maintaining system pressure
  • Precision machining – Tight tolerances ensure leak-free performance and extended service life
  • Universal compatibility – Pairs with standard mini adaptors across all major pneumatic brands
  • Compact profile – Space-efficient design ideal for confined workshop environments

Professional Applications

Workshop Air Lines

Primary coupling for fixed air distribution systems and retractable hose reels

Pneumatic Tools

Direct connection point for impact wrenches, air drills, grinders, and spray equipment

Inflation Equipment

Tyre inflators, pressure gauges, and blow guns for automotive and fleet maintenance

Production Lines

Modular pneumatic circuits requiring frequent reconfiguration or tool rotation

Installation & Compatibility

The female G 1/8 BSP thread accepts standard male threaded components. Apply PTFE tape or thread sealant to male threads before assembly. Hand-tighten, then use a spanner to achieve final seal – typically 1.5 turns past hand-tight. Avoid over-torquing which may damage the brass body.

System Compatibility: This coupling accepts mini adaptors with corresponding male thread. Ensure your existing air tools are fitted with compatible mini adaptors (sold separately) to complete the quick-release system.

Performance Characteristics

Engineered for high-frequency connect/disconnect cycles, this coupling maintains consistent sealing performance across thousands of operations. The internal valve mechanism delivers minimal pressure drop (typically <0.2 bar at 6 bar supply pressure), preserving tool performance. Nickel-plated finish resists workshop contaminants including cutting fluids, moisture, and atmospheric corrosion.

Quality & Standards

Manufactured to ISO 6150 standards for pneumatic quick-action couplings. Each unit undergoes pressure testing and visual inspection before dispatch. Suitable for industrial environments where reliability and safety are paramount.
