Installation Guidelines
- Install downstream of filter-regulator unit in your air treatment chain (Filter → Regulator → Lubricator sequence)
- Mount vertically using supplied wall bracket with oil bowl positioned downward
- Connect 1/2" BSP male fittings to inlet (air supply) and outlet (to tools) ports
- Fill oil bowl with ISO VG 32 pneumatic tool oil to indicated level
- Adjust drip rate using top adjustment screw while observing sight dome during air flow
- Set to 1 drop per 300–600 litres of air consumption based on tool manufacturer specifications
Maintenance & Care
Regular maintenance ensures consistent performance and extends component life:
- Check oil level weekly; refill when below minimum mark
- Use only ISO VG 32 pneumatic tool oil or manufacturer-approved equivalent
- Inspect polycarbonate bowl monthly for cracks or cloudiness; replace if damaged

- Drain and clean bowl annually to remove accumulated contaminants
