Common Applications
Installation & Usage
Thread Sealing: Apply PTFE tape or liquid thread sealant to male threads before installation to ensure an airtight seal. Wrap tape clockwise (when viewing the thread end-on) 3-4 times.
Tightening: Hand-tighten first, then use appropriate spanners to achieve a secure connection. Avoid over-tightening which may damage threads or the fitting body.
Compatibility: Designed for BSP parallel (R) threads. Ensure mating components have compatible Rp (female parallel) threads for proper engagement.
