Installation Guide
- Thread Preparation: Apply PTFE tape or thread sealant to the R1/2 male thread (3–4 wraps clockwise)
- Thread Installation: Hand-tighten into female port, then use spanner to achieve final seal (do not over-torque)
- Tube Insertion: Cut tube square, push firmly into collet until it bottoms out (you'll feel resistance)
- Verification: Gently pull tube to confirm collet engagement before pressurizing system
- Pressure Test: Gradually increase to working pressure and check for leaks with soapy water solution
⚠ Installation Note: Ensure tube outer diameter is 10mm ±0.1mm for proper collet grip. Remove any burrs from tube end before insertion. For tube removal, push collet ring while pulling tube.
