Engineering Excellence

Precision Machined Construction

CNC-machined brass body with nickel plating delivers exceptional corrosion resistance and dimensional accuracy. The precision bore ensures consistent flow characteristics and leak-free performance across thousands of connection cycles.

Instant Push-Fit Technology

Stainless steel collet grips the tube securely while the internal O-ring creates an airtight seal. Installation takes seconds—simply push the tube fully into the fitting until it stops. No spanners, no thread tape, no complications.

Workshop-Proven Reliability

Designed for demanding industrial environments where vibration, temperature fluctuation, and continuous operation are standard. The robust construction maintains seal integrity even under dynamic loads and pressure cycling.

Common Applications

  • Air Tool Connections — Adapt compressor outlets to smaller diameter tool hoses
  • Pneumatic Control Systems — Interface between different tube sizes in automation circuits
  • Workshop Air Distribution — Branch off main air lines to individual workstations
  • Mobile Service Vehicles — Compact fittings for space-constrained installations
  • Maintenance & Repair — Quick replacement of damaged or worn fittings

Installation Guide

  1. Ensure tube end is cut square and free from burrs or damage
  2. Mark the tube 15mm from the end to indicate full insertion depth
  3. Push the tube firmly into the fitting until it reaches the internal stop
  4. Verify the tube is inserted past your depth mark
  5. Pressurize the system gradually and check for leaks

Removal: Press the collet ring while pulling the tube to release. Do not attempt to pull the tube without pressing the release collar.

Compatibility & Standards

This reducer is compatible with standard polyurethane (PU) and nylon (PA) pneumatic tubing with a 6mm outer diameter. The fitting accepts tubes with wall thicknesses from 0.8mm to 1.5mm, covering the majority of workshop air hose specifications.

Manufactured to ISO 14743 standards for pneumatic push-in fittings, ensuring dimensional consistency and performance reliability. The nickel-plated finish meets RoHS compliance requirements for use in EU markets.
