Installation Guidance

Tightening: Hand-tighten coupling onto male thread, then use appropriate spanner to achieve final seal. Do not over-torque—parallel threads seal on the thread face, not by compression.
Pressure Testing: After installation, pressurize system gradually and check for leaks using approved leak detection solution. Operating pressure should not exceed 14 bar (200 PSI).
Maintenance: Inspect O-ring seals periodically. Replace if signs of wear, compression set, or damage are evident. Keep coupling body clean and free from workshop contaminants.
