Installation & Compatibility
Thread Installation: Apply PTFE tape or thread sealant to the R1/4 BSP male thread. Hand-tighten into the female port, then use a spanner to achieve final torque (12-15 Nm). Avoid over-tightening which may damage the thread or port.
Coupling Connection: Align the coupling with the corresponding 60 Series adaptor and push firmly until you hear an audible click. Pull gently to confirm secure engagement. To disconnect, pull back the collar sleeve and withdraw the adaptor.
System Compatibility: This coupling is compatible with all 60 Series (ISO 6150B Type B) quick release adaptors, including male thread, female thread, hose tail, and push-fit variants. Not compatible with 20 Series (Orion/Euro) or 40 Series (ARO) fittings.
Maintenance & Service Life
