Why Air Treatment Matters
Compressed air systems naturally generate moisture, oil vapour, and particulate contamination. Without proper filtration, these contaminants accelerate tool wear, cause pneumatic failures, and compromise finish quality in spray applications.
This professional-grade filter acts as your first line of defence, removing harmful particles and moisture before they reach critical components. The result: longer tool life, reduced maintenance costs, and consistent performance across your entire pneumatic system.
✓ Protects spray guns, impact wrenches, and air-powered tools
✓ Prevents rust and corrosion in air lines and fittings
✓ Maintains consistent air quality for precision work
✓ Reduces downtime from contamination-related failures
Installation & Maintenance
Quick Setup: Install inline between your compressor and tools using standard 1/4″ BSP fittings. The included wall bracket allows for permanent mounting in your workshop. Position the filter as close to the point of use as practical for optimal performance.
Maintenance: Drain condensate regularly using the manual drain valve. Inspect the filter bowl weekly for accumulated moisture. Replace filter element when pressure drop increases or according to your maintenance schedule.
