Installation Guide
1

Position in the air treatment chain: Install downstream of your filter-regulator unit following the standard Filter → Regulator → Lubricator sequence.

2

Mount vertically using the supplied wall bracket with the oil bowl positioned downward for correct gravity-fed oil delivery.

3

Connect 1/2" BSP male fittings to the inlet (air supply) and outlet (to tools) ports. Use reducing bushes for 1/4" or 3/8" systems if required.

4

Fill the oil bowl with ISO VG 32 pneumatic tool oil to the indicated maximum level mark.

5

Set the drip rate using the top adjustment screw while observing the sight dome during air flow. Target 1 drop per 300–600 litres of air consumption per tool manufacturer specification.

Maintenance Schedule
  • Weekly: Check oil level; refill when below minimum mark using ISO VG 32 pneumatic tool oil or approved equivalent.
  • Monthly: Inspect polycarbonate bowl for cracks or cloudiness; replace bowl if damage is detected.
  • Quarterly: Verify drip rate adjustment, particularly when changing tool usage patterns or adding new equipment.
  • Annually: Drain and clean bowl to remove accumulated contaminants and sediment.
⚠ Compatibility Note: This lubricator features 1/2" BSP threaded ports. Please verify your existing air line fittings match this connection size before ordering. Appropriate reducing bushes or adaptors are available separately for integration with 1/4" or 3/8" BSP systems.
