Pneumatic tools fail prematurely for one reason above all others: inadequate lubrication. This 1/4" BSP lubricator delivers a precisely metered oil mist to every moving part downstream — extending service life, reducing downtime, and protecting your investment in professional-grade tooling.

Four Reasons This Lubricator Belongs in Your System

Adjustable Drip Rate

Fine-tune oil delivery from 300 to 600 litres per minute with a single adjustment screw. One drop per cycle is all it takes to keep air-powered tools running at peak efficiency without over-oiling.

Visual Oil Monitoring

The clear polycarbonate bowl gives an instant read on oil level and condition at a glance. No guesswork, no disassembly — just a quick visual check during your daily walk-around.

Metal Guard Protection

A robust metal guard shields the polycarbonate bowl against pressure spikes, impact, and chemical splash — critical in tyre bays, fleet workshops, and production environments.

Permanent Installation Ready

Supplied with a wall-mounting bracket for fixed installation. 1/4" BSP inlet and outlet connections integrate directly into any standard UK pneumatic system without adapters.

Designed for Professional Environments

🔧

Workshop Air Systems

Ideal for fixed installations in garages, engineering workshops, and fabrication facilities with continuous tool use.

🚗

Tyre Bays & Fleet Maintenance

Protects impact wrenches, ratchets, and inflation equipment in high-cycle tyre bay and fleet service environments.

🏭

Production & Manufacturing

Consistent lubrication for pneumatic actuators, cylinders, and tooling on production lines where uptime is critical.

🚐

Mobile Service Units

Compact form factor suits vehicle-mounted compressor rigs and mobile service vans requiring reliable air treatment.

Installation & First Use

  1. Position in the Air Line

Install downstream of your air filter and regulator, and upstream of all pneumatic tools. This ensures clean, regulated, lubricated air reaches every tool.

  2. Seal the Connections

Apply PTFE tape to all threaded connections before assembly. Tighten to hand-tight plus one quarter turn — do not over-torque the polycarbonate bowl.

  3. Mount Securely

Fix to the wall using the supplied bracket at a convenient inspection height. Ensure the unit is vertical for accurate oil-level readings.

  4. Fill with Pneumatic Oil

Fill the 40 ml bowl with ISO VG 32 pneumatic tool oil. Do not use hydraulic or engine oil — these will damage seals and downstream tooling.

  5. Set the Drip Rate

Pressurise the system and observe the sight dome. Turn the adjustment screw until you achieve one drop per 300–600 litres of airflow. This is the optimal rate for most pneumatic tools.

Maintenance Schedule

📅

Weekly

Check oil level through the polycarbonate bowl. Top up with ISO VG 32 as required.

🔄

Every 3–6 Months

Drain and refill the bowl completely. Flush with fresh oil if contamination is visible.

🔍

Annually

Inspect the polycarbonate bowl for cracks, cloudiness, or chemical damage. Replace if integrity is compromised.
