Installation Guide
Thread Preparation
Apply PTFE tape or thread sealant to the Rp 3/8 thread. Wind clockwise, covering 3-4 turns from the thread start.
Hose Installation
Slide the appropriate Rp 3/8 union nut onto your 9.5mm hose before pushing the hose firmly onto the barbed tailpiece until fully seated.
Assembly
Thread the tailpiece into your manifold, regulator, or fitting. Hand-tighten, then use a spanner to turn 1-1.5 additional turns. Do not over-torque.
Final Connection
Slide the union nut up the hose and thread onto the tailpiece cone. Tighten firmly to compress the hose against the cone, creating a secure seal.

Required Components
