Description
D10 Aviation Tyre Inflator
22 Bar · Dual Digital Display
Precision-engineered for the uncompromising demands of aircraft maintenance. The D10 delivers controlled, repeatable inflation to 22 bar — with a dual bar/PSI digital readout trusted by aviation technicians across the United Kingdom.
Built for Aviation. Engineered for Precision.
Aircraft tyre inflation is not a task that tolerates approximation. Under-inflation accelerates tread wear and compromises ground handling; over-inflation risks structural damage to the tyre carcass and wheel assembly. The D10 Aviation Tyre Inflator was designed from the outset to eliminate that margin of error — delivering repeatable, calibration-grade accuracy at pressures up to 22 bar (320 PSI).
Where general-purpose inflators fall short, the D10 excels. Its precision-machined barrel, aviation-standard coupling, and reinforced hose assembly are built to withstand the rigours of daily hangar use — from light aircraft and business jets to rotary-wing platforms requiring exacting pressure management.

Using the D10 Correctly
Before inflation, always consult the aircraft's approved maintenance manual (AMM) or tyre manufacturer's data sheet for the correct cold inflation pressure. Tyre pressures should be checked and set when the tyre is cold — defined as having been stationary for a minimum of three hours, or having travelled no more than one mile at low speed.
Connect the D10's aviation chuck securely to the tyre valve stem, ensuring a positive seal before applying pressure. Inflate in controlled increments, monitoring the digital display continuously. On reaching the target pressure, disconnect cleanly and re-check the reading immediately to confirm no pressure loss occurred during disconnection.
For pressure verification without inflation, the D10 functions equally as a precision tyre pressure gauge — attach, read, and remove. The dual-scale display eliminates the need for unit conversion when cross-referencing against AMM data published in either bar or PSI.
Every D10 Aviation Tyre Inflator is supplied from UK stock, inspected before dispatch, and backed by our commitment to professional-grade quality. We supply aviation maintenance professionals, MRO facilities, and ground handling operations across the United Kingdom — and we stand behind every instrument we sell.
