Where moisture meets its match. The Dropout® PDO2000S is built for compressed air systems that cannot afford contamination — delivering 99.9999% liquid water removal and 99% particulate separation down to 1 micron, entirely without consumable filter elements or electrical power.
Constructed from grade 304 stainless steel, this separator is engineered to withstand the corrosive, high-cycle demands of industrial production lines, automotive finishing bays, and precision pneumatic networks. At a maximum flow rate of 3,085 litres per minute (108.9 CFM), it handles the throughput of large-scale compressor installations without restriction or pressure drop penalty.
The 1" BSP inlet and outlet ports integrate directly into standard compressed air distribution pipework. A ½" manual drain provides controlled condensate removal, keeping the separator operating at peak efficiency across its full 0°C–80°C temperature range.
