Description
The Last Water Separator You'll Ever Need
Engineered in stainless steel 304, the Dropout® water separator delivers laboratory-grade filtration without replacement elements, mains power, or ongoing costs. This is pneumatic protection at its most refined.
Performance That Speaks for Itself
- 99.9999% liquid removal – water and oil eliminated at source
- 99% solid particulate filtration – down to 1 micron
- 3,085 litres per minute – high-volume flow for demanding applications
- 1" BSP ports – standard industrial connection
- Zero consumables – no filter elements to replace, ever
- Sealed for life – maintenance-free operation
Engineered Without Compromise
The Dropout® employs a patented cyclonic separation technology that works purely through physics. Compressed air enters tangentially, creating a vortex that forces contaminants to the chamber wall where gravity does the rest. No moving parts. No electrical supply. No filter media to clog or degrade.
The result? Air tools that last longer, spray finishes without fish-eyes, and pneumatic controls that respond precisely. Workshop managers report dramatic reductions in tool failures and maintenance calls after installation.
Built from Grade 304 Stainless Steel
Corrosion is the enemy of compressed air systems. That's why every Dropout® separator is machined from austenitic stainless steel 304 – the same alloy trusted in food processing and pharmaceutical manufacturing. It won't rust, pit, or contaminate your air stream, even in coastal or high-humidity environments.
The housing is TIG-welded and pressure-tested to ensure decades of reliable service. Wall bracket and manual drain valve included as standard.
What Workshop Managers Are Saying
"I wish I'd invested in this sooner. The amount of water it separates is astonishing. My air tools have never performed better. Solid construction, easy to maintain."
