Installation Guide
Five Steps to a Leak-Free Connection

1Prepare the TubeCut 10mm PU or nylon tubing to length using a sharp tube cutter. The cut must be perfectly square and free from burrs — a clean face is essential for a leak-free seal.

2Insert the TubePush the tube firmly and squarely into the fitting port until it bottoms out against the internal stop. You will feel resistance as the stainless steel collet engages.

3Verify the ConnectionTug gently on the tube to confirm the collet has gripped. The tube must not pull free under hand pressure.

4Pressurise & TestApply system pressure and inspect for leaks using soapy water or an ultrasonic leak detector. No bubbles — no leaks.

5To DisconnectDepress the release collar fully while pulling the tube straight out. Do not twist or angle the tube during removal to avoid collet wear.
