The Cornerstone of Efficient Pneumatic Routing

In any compressed air system, the quality of your fittings determines the reliability of the whole installation. The 10mm equal elbow push-fit fitting delivers a precision 90° change of direction — routing air lines around panels, through enclosures, and across tight spaces without kinking, restricting flow, or compromising system integrity.

Engineered from high-grade composite polymer with a precision-moulded stainless steel collet and O-ring seal, this fitting installs in seconds and holds firm under vibration, thermal cycling, and continuous industrial duty. No thread tape. No spanners. No downtime.

Built to Eliminate Failure Points

Instant Push-Fit Installation

Push the tube until the collet clicks. No tools, no thread preparation, no specialist skills required. Reduces installation time by up to 70% versus threaded alternatives.

Leak-Proof Seal Technology

Precision-moulded O-ring and stainless steel collet grip maintain a zero-loss seal under vibration, pressure cycling, and thermal expansion — shift after shift.

Space-Saving 90° Profile

Equal elbow geometry routes air lines cleanly around obstacles and behind panels without bending or kinking tubing — preserving full bore flow and system pressure.

Durable Composite Body

High-grade polymer construction resists impact, corrosion, and UV degradation. Outperforms brass in weight and chemical resistance across most compressed air environments.

Quick-Release Disconnect

Depress the release collar to remove tubing instantly — no tools, no damage to the fitting. Ideal for systems that require regular reconfiguration or maintenance access.

10 Bar Rated

Rated for standard compressed air systems up to 10 bar, covering the full operating range of workshop compressors, pneumatic tools, and light industrial automation.

Where This Fitting Performs

Workshop Air Lines

Route compressed air from wall-mounted reels to benches, tool stations, and mobile equipment with clean, professional 90° turns.

Pneumatic Automation

Connect actuators, cylinders, and valves in tight enclosures where space is at a premium and reliability is non-negotiable.

Mobile Service Vehicles

Build vibration-resistant air systems in vans and trucks that withstand constant movement and temperature fluctuation.

Production Line Integration

Standardise pneumatic infrastructure with fittings that install in seconds and deliver consistent performance shift after shift.

Five Steps to a Leak-Free Connection

  1. 1
Prepare the TubeCut 10mm PU or nylon tubing to length using a sharp tube cutter. The cut must be perfectly square and free from burrs — a clean face is essential for a leak-free seal.
  2. 2
Insert the TubePush the tube firmly and squarely into the fitting port until it bottoms out against the internal stop. You will feel resistance as the stainless steel collet engages.
  3. 3
Verify the ConnectionTug gently on the tube to confirm the collet has gripped. The tube must not pull free under hand pressure.
  4. 4
Pressurise & TestApply system pressure and inspect for leaks using soapy water or an ultrasonic leak detector. No bubbles — no leaks.
  5. 5
To DisconnectDepress the release collar fully while pulling the tube straight out. Do not twist or angle the tube during removal to avoid collet wear.

System Integration

This fitting is designed for use with 10mm OD polyurethane (PU) and 10mm OD nylon (PA) pneumatic tubing in standard compressed air systems operating up to 10 bar. Also suitable for inert gas distribution (nitrogen, argon) within compatible pressure ranges.

⚠ Important: Not suitable for flammable gases, liquids, or steam applications. Always verify media and operating condition compatibility before installation. When in doubt, contact our technical team.
