Installation Guide

  1. Prepare the tube – Cut polyurethane or nylon tube squarely using a sharp tube cutter
  2. Check the tube end – Ensure the cut is clean, square, and free from burrs or deformation
  3. Push to connect – Insert tube firmly into the fitting port until it bottoms out (typically 12-15mm insertion depth)
  4. Test the connection – Gently pull the tube to confirm it is locked in place
  5. Pressurize and inspect – Apply system pressure and check for leaks using soapy water or leak detection spray

Note: To disconnect, press the collet ring while pulling the tube. Do not attempt to remove tube without depressing the release collar.
