Installation Guide
- Prepare the tube – Cut polyurethane or nylon tube squarely using a sharp tube cutter
- Check the tube end – Ensure the cut is clean, square, and free from burrs or deformation
- Push to connect – Insert tube firmly into the fitting port until it bottoms out (typically 12-15mm insertion depth)
- Test the connection – Gently pull the tube to confirm it is locked in place
- Pressurize and inspect – Apply system pressure and check for leaks using soapy water or leak detection spray
Note: To disconnect, press the collet ring while pulling the tube. Do not attempt to remove tube without depressing the release collar.
