Installation Guidelines
- Thread Preparation: Ensure male thread is clean and free from debris. Apply appropriate high-temperature thread sealant or PTFE tape if required by your application.
- Hand Tighten: Thread coupling onto male component hand-tight, then use wrench to achieve final seal—typically 1-1.5 turns past hand-tight.
- System Integration: Connect InstantAir male plug by pushing firmly until audible click confirms engagement.
- Pressure Test: Before bringing system to operating temperature, pressure test at ambient conditions to verify seal integrity.
- Thermal Cycling: Allow system to reach operating temperature gradually during initial commissioning.
