Fitting Instructions
| Step 1 | Confirm hose OD falls within 25–35 mm. Measure with calipers for precision. |
| Step 2 | Slide clip over hose before fitting to barb or spigot. |
| Step 3 | Push hose fully onto fitting — minimum 20 mm engagement recommended. |
| Step 4 | Position clip 5–10 mm from hose end, centred over the fitting bead. |
| Step 5 | Tighten screw to 4–5 Nm using a flat-blade or hex screwdriver. Do not overtighten. |
| Step 6 | Pressurise system and inspect for leaks. Re-torque after first thermal cycle if required. |
