Installation Guidelines
- Select Correct Size – Measure hose outer diameter; Size 1M suits 32–45mm. Clip should overlap hose by 3–5mm minimum.
- Prepare Surfaces – Ensure hose and spigot are clean, dry, and free from oil, grease, or debris.
- Position Hose – Slide hose fully onto spigot or connector until it reaches the stop or flange.
- Fit Clip – Open clip to maximum diameter, slide over hose, and position 6–10mm from hose end.
- Tighten Evenly – Use 7mm socket, nut driver, or flat-blade screwdriver. Tighten progressively until hose compresses slightly but is not crushed.
- Check Alignment – Ensure band sits square to hose axis and screw housing is accessible for future adjustment.
- Torque Specification – Typical tightening torque: 4–5 Nm (hand-tight plus ¼ turn). Do not over-tighten.
- Inspect – Verify no hose bulging, band edges are smooth against hose, and connection is secure.
