Installation Best Practice

- Tightening: Use 8mm socket or flat-blade screwdriver; tighten progressively to 4-5 Nm torque
- Inspection: Verify even band tension with no gaps or overlaps; check for hose deformation
- Re-torque: Re-check tightness after 24 hours of operation and following thermal cycling

Measure the outside diameter of your hose or the inside diameter of the fitting. Select a clip size where your measurement falls within the clamping range. For optimal grip, aim for the middle third of the range (75-85mm for Size 4).
