Installation Best Practice
- Select Correct Size – Measure hose outer diameter. M00 suits 11–16mm OD.
- Position Clip – Slide clip over hose before fitting to barb or spigot.
- Seat Hose – Push hose fully onto fitting until it reaches the stop or shoulder.
- Position Band – Move clip to cover the barb area, typically 5–10mm from hose end.
- Tighten Evenly – Turn screw clockwise until hose is firmly gripped. Do not over-tighten.
- Inspect – Check for even compression around circumference. Hose should not bulge or twist.
Pro Tip: For critical applications, apply a thin film of soapy water to the connection and pressurize to check for leaks before final assembly.
