Operating Guidelines
- Air Supply: Connect to a regulated 6.2 bar (90 PSI) air line with inline filtration and lubrication. Ensure minimum 113 L/min flow capacity.
- Disc Selection: Choose appropriate grit for your task. Start coarse (80–120) for stock removal, progress through medium (180–240) for levelling, finish fine (320–600+) for final prep.
- Technique: Let the tool do the work. Apply light, even pressure and keep the sander moving in overlapping passes. Avoid tilting or edge-loading the pad.
- Dust Extraction: Use in well-ventilated areas. Consider a dust extraction adapter for prolonged use.
- Maintenance: Add 3–5 drops of pneumatic tool oil into the air inlet daily. Inspect pad wear regularly and replace when hook material degrades.
