Installation & Operation

Fit to Drum
Thread the pump securely onto the 2" BSP bung opening of your chemical drum or barrel. Ensure a firm, leak-free seal.

Prime the Pump
Operate the handle 3–5 times to fill the immersion tube and establish suction. No priming fluid required.

Dispense
Each full stroke delivers 250 ml. Use partial strokes for smaller volumes. Consistent, repeatable dosing every time.

Maintain
Rinse with a compatible solvent after use. Inspect seals periodically. Store clean and dry when not in use.

- Always wear appropriate PPE — gloves, eye protection, and chemical-resistant clothing — when handling aggressive fluids.
