Installation & Use
- Ensure air system is depressurized before installation
- Clean thread surfaces to remove debris and old sealant
- Apply PTFE tape or thread sealant to male thread (2-3 wraps clockwise)
- Hand-tighten adaptor into receiving port until snug
- Use appropriate spanner to tighten 1-1.5 turns beyond hand-tight
- Pressurize system gradually and check for leaks with soapy water solution
Note: Do not over-tighten. Excessive torque may damage threads or crack brass body.
