Why Trade Professionals Choose This Fitting
Zero Leak Guarantee
Advanced O-ring seal technology and precision-machined tolerances eliminate air loss, reducing compressor run-time and energy costs.
Rapid Installation
Push-fit design cuts installation time by up to 70% compared to traditional compression fittings—get systems up and running faster.
Long Service Life
Corrosion-resistant brass body and reinforced collet withstand thousands of connection cycles without degradation.
Easy Tube Release
Integrated release collar allows quick disconnection for maintenance or reconfiguration—no cutting, no waste.
Installation Guide
- Prepare the tube – Cut tubing squarely using a proper tube cutter. Ensure the cut is clean and perpendicular.
- Check the tube end – Inspect for burrs or deformation. Chamfer the outer edge slightly if needed.
- Insert the tube – Push the tube firmly into the fitting until it bottoms out against the internal stop. You'll feel positive engagement.
- Verify connection – Gently pull the tube to confirm the collet has gripped. The tube should not move.
- Thread the fitting – Apply PTFE tape or thread sealant to the male thread. Hand-tighten, then use a wrench to secure (typically 1–1.5 turns past hand-tight).
- Pressure test – Gradually pressurize the system and check for leaks using soapy water or leak detection spray.
Maintenance & Care
- Inspect O-rings and seals periodically for wear or damage
- Keep fittings clean and free from debris or contamination
- Use only compatible tubing materials and sizes
- Do not exceed maximum working pressure or temperature ratings
- Replace fittings if cracks, corrosion, or thread damage is observed
