1. Thread Preparation – Apply PTFE tape or thread sealant to R1/4 male thread (3-4 wraps clockwise)

3. Tube Preparation – Cut 12mm polyurethane or nylon tube square using sharp tube cutter
4. Tube Connection – Push tube firmly into fitting until it bottoms out (you'll feel resistance)
5. Verification – Pull tube gently to confirm grip-ring engagement
6. Pressure Test – Pressurize system gradually and check for leaks with soapy water solution

Removal: To disconnect tube, press collet ring while pulling tube outward. Do not attempt removal under pressure.
