Installation & Compatibility

Thread Installation: Apply PTFE tape or thread sealant to male R1/8 BSP thread. Hand-tighten into female port, then wrench-tighten 1–1.5 turns. Do not over-torque.

Tube Connection: Cut tube square with a sharp blade. Push tube firmly into fitting until it bottoms out—you'll feel resistance. Tug gently to confirm lock. To release, press collet ring and withdraw tube.

Compatible Tubing: 8mm OD polyurethane (PU) or nylon (PA) pneumatic hose. Ensure tube is clean, dry, and free from burrs.

⚠ Important: Maximum working pressure 10 bar. Verify system pressure before installation. Not suitable for flammable gases, steam, or hydraulic fluids. Inspect seals and fittings regularly as part of routine maintenance.
