Installation & Compatibility
Thread Connection: The R 3/8 male thread (BSP parallel) mates with standard female ports on air compressors, regulators, filters, and pneumatic equipment. Apply PTFE tape or thread sealant to ensure a gas-tight seal.
Tube Connection: The 10mm push-to-connect fitting accepts polyurethane (PU) or nylon pneumatic tubing. Simply push the tube fully into the fitting until it locks – no tools required. To release, press the collet ring and withdraw the tube.
Swivel Function: Once installed, the elbow rotates freely through 360°, allowing you to position hoses optimally without stress or kinking. This feature is particularly valuable in confined spaces or when routing multiple lines.

- Ensure tube is cut squarely and free from burrs before insertion
- Check tube is fully inserted past the O-ring seal (typically 15-18mm insertion depth)
