Installation Guide
- Prepare the tube: Cut squarely using a proper tube cutter. Ensure the end is clean, dry, and free of burrs.
- Verify diameter: Confirm the tube outer diameter is 8 mm. Tube must be clean and undamaged at the insertion point.
- Insert the tube: Push firmly and squarely into the coupling until it reaches the internal stop. You will feel positive engagement.
- Confirm the lock: Gently pull the tube back to verify the collet has gripped securely.
- Pressurise & inspect: Apply system pressure and check for leaks. To disconnect, depress the release collar and withdraw the tube.
