What This Coupling Works With
Thread Compatibility: This coupling accepts any male adaptor or airline fitting with a G 3/8″ BSP male thread. It is designed to connect directly to airline manifolds, drop-down hose reels, wall-mounted airline outlets, and compressor outlets fitted with a matching BSP male thread.
Tool Side: Accepts all XF-Euro series male adaptors. Compatible with the full range of pneumatic tools fitted with XF-Euro male plugs — including impact wrenches, air ratchets, spray guns, blow guns, sanders, and grinders.
Not Compatible With: Milton (US), Nitto (Japanese), or PCL Schrader-style couplings. If you are unsure of your existing coupling profile, please contact our team before ordering.
Simple, Secure Fitting
Apply PTFE thread tape to the male BSP thread of your airline outlet before fitting. Hand-tighten the coupling, then use a spanner to achieve a firm, leak-free seal — typically 1–2 additional turns beyond hand-tight. Do not overtighten. Ensure the airline is fully depressurised before installation or removal. Once fitted, test at working pressure and inspect for leaks using soapy water or a leak-detection spray.
