Installation & Compatibility
Thread Connection: Apply PTFE tape or thread sealant to the 1/2" BSP male thread. Hand-tighten into female port, then use a spanner to achieve final seal (typically 1-1.5 turns past hand-tight). Do not over-torque.
Tube Connection: Cut polyurethane or nylon tube square using a tube cutter. Push tube firmly into the push-fit end until it bottoms out (you'll feel resistance). Pull gently to confirm secure grip. To release, push the collar toward the fitting body while pulling the tube.
Compatible Tubing: 12mm OD polyurethane (PU), nylon (PA), or polyethylene (PE) pneumatic hose.
